Moments ago I was on YouTube watching videos of William Burroughs, and found something neat that I had seen before, but never saw how fascinating of a system it is. To take a page and fold it horizontally and vertically in the middle, then cut along those lines and rearrange the pieces to find new [...]

Everything has never been quite so in it’s wrong place. I feel most everything around me to be lacking organization and resolution. School, my dorm, my life, all have in common that they are in complete disarray around me. I hope there’s a clear solution near. I can’t handle another falling apart of anything else [...]

It would have to be Jack Kerouac’s Book of Sketches I’ve never had such an enjoyment casually flipping around.
OCT 31 1952 has to be my favorite. It isn’t online; I looked for it, but you’ll read it when you pick it up! Because now you simply must! I needed it once I read Kerouac, and [...]

Become such nocuously, perplexed mornings.
At times, there’s this cover that night brings to all temptations and ambitions
Leaving the path darkened in the distance
Morning brings this new light, and new awe, at what had become of night
Night brings day, and day brings night, as the cycle lives
Lives in our every word
Our word lives in the night
Dies [...]

I can’t imagine living my life the typical way most do. The idea of leaving college, moving into a 9 to 5 job, then settling down with a family, until dying in retirement sounds disgusting to me. I need something more from my life.
I need to get somewhere, and adventure around in life. Just leaving [...]

My Saturday has consisted entirely of doing my laundry, reading Howl and other poems by Allen Ginsberg and listening to Elliot smith. It’s been slow, and I should try to accomplish some homework, but things don’t seem to be pulling through for me. I feel very dull lately, and just my concern which is usually [...]
Tuesday’s fun.

Today I woke up an hour later than had hoped, at 930…it was terrible. Then, my shower went far too long, and I found myself spending far too much time in the library trying to get the CD-Rom part of my Spanish text books. The lady seemed so concerned about the copyright laws of me [...]
Progress in knitting

I have successfully accomplished my first knitting objective! I made a small square to felt. I even closed it and finished it; I’m so proud of myself! I didn’t think it’d be that easy so soon.
Now I’ll try to begin shapes and such, well once I have a scarf made, and I would like to [...]
